CEO and Founder:

 
 David White, a committed Christian, is a man wanting to make a difference in another person’s life.  David saw a need in the community while volunteering at the Uptown Men’s Shelter and Charlotte Rescue Mission a few years prior.  David is a husband and father always dedicated in keeping family first  and is currently in college, CPCC, to obtain an Associates Degree in Business. 
 

Member and Partner:

 
Janet Oliver White currently works along side her husband and business partner.  Janet is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, LPC/S, working in the mental health capacity.  She is also a Licensed Clinical Additions Specialist, LCAS, working with individuals with Substance Issues.  Janet is committed to helping individuals become self sufficient while developing life skills to sustain independence.  Janet is also a dedicated wife and mother who has a Godly foundation.
 
Formed in 2010, OliveWhite, a 501c3 organization was established with the objective of helping others in a time of need. OliveWhite primary focus is helping our homeless men in the community to reestablish independence in their lives. OliveWhite, objective is to focus on a specific target market which lacks a demographic profile, evidence by areas affected by substance abuse, mental health, homelessness, and family deterioration:
 
  • Males ages 18- 80
  • Low Income/ below poverty level
  • Mental Health/Severe pathological patterns of behavior
  • Unemployed/Underemployed/Homeless
  • Veterans/Service Men returning from active duty
  • Lack of social support/family
  • Physical impairments/disability
  • Men out of prison
